It looks like Von Miller isn’t the only one that wants Johnny Manziel quarterbacking again.
Dallas Cowboys COO Stephen Jones would also like to see Manziel back in the league under one condition: Manziel fixes his issues off of the field. In the early stages of the fallout between Manziel and the Cleveland Browns, many predicted that the quarterback would end up with the Cowboys.
Jones said, per the Dallas Morning News, “He needs to obviously get his hands around what he’s doing off the field and how he can be more functional in being in a spot where a team could count on him or depend on him. Obviously that’s something he’s got to get his hands around and I’m sure it’s a work in progress for him… I’m sure everybody would love to see him get his hands around it so he can come back and be the type of player that he was picked to be in Cleveland.”
After being terminated by his second agent, it appears that Manziel has gotten a wakeup call.
Could we really see Manziel starting in 2016?
