Another round is in the books. As the 2016 NFL Draft nears its end, the fifth round has concluded.
After a wild start to the draft, teams seem to have settled and are now picking off players that remain atop their draft boards. Round 5 saw a run at the running back position, including DeAndre Washington to Oakland, Paul Perks to the Giants, Jordan Howard to the Bears, Wendell Smallwood to the Philadelphia Eagles and Jonathan Williams to the Buffalo Bills.
With just a two rounds remaining in the draft, it will be interesting to see how it all plays out.
