Evan Maxwell is set to join Bill Self and the Kansas Jayhawks basketball program.
Late Friday night, reports surfaced that the 6-foot-10 forward from Liberty is heading to Kansas after spending two seasons with the Flames.

Last season, Maxwell averaged 10 points, 4.8 rebounds and 21.5 minutes per game. The numbers were a significant jump in production compared to his output as a freshman.
Now, Maxwell will be forced to sit out for one season to satisfy NCAA transfer rules before he can suit up for the Jayhawks.
When he finally gets that opportunity, Maxwell will have two years of eligibility remaining.
