Five-star C Omer Yurtseven scores 91 points in U-18 game

If you’ve never heard of five-star center Omer Yurtseven, it may be time to start paying attention.

On Sunday, the 17-year-old from Istanbul scored a remarkable 91 points while adding 28 rebounds in a Turkish U-18 basketball game against 9 Eylul Basketbol Ihtisas.

Yurtseven’s 91 points sparked his team to a 115–82 win.

According to Scout.com,  the 6-foot-11, 230-pounder is one of only seven five-star centers in the Class of 2016. Omer Yurtseven currently holds offers from Syracuse, Utah, North Carolina State and Tennessee.

If Yurtseven can continue to play at a high level, he may begin receiving even more offers until he makes an official commitment.
