The Duke Blue Devils had one of the top recruiting classes for the 2016-17 season going into Thursday. They now have the top class in the country after landing their third top ten prospect in the form of five-star center Marques Bolden.
Bolden picked between Duke and Kentucky on Thursday in a ceremony from DeSoto High School, whom he led to the Texas Class 6A state championship this season. He now joins a recruiting class that includes five-star players Harry Giles Jr., Jayson Tatum and Frank Jackson.

“I’m very excited,” Bolden said about his selection of Duke. “This has gone on for way too long. I’m just ready to get it all over with.”
With Marques Bolden now signed, the Blue Devils have solidified their spot with the top recruiting class in the country. If you did not believe the Blue Devils were going to be contenders this year, it is probably best you start believing in them now.
