On Sunday, the final round of the European Tour’s Irish Open was underway when a sudden hail storm halted the action.
The golfers were forced to wait until the storm passed to resume play. Luckily, the delay did not last long.
The hail, however, was obviously noticeable on the course.

Currently, Rory McIlroy (-12) leads the field in the Irish Open by three strokes. Bradley Dredge and Russell Knox are tied in second play at nine-under par.
