Video: Fan drops home run at Fenway Park, friend laughs hysterically

It is not every day that you get the opportunity to possibly catch a home run baseball at one of the most legendary parks in MLB history. One Boston Red Sox fan got that chance at Fenway Park on Saturday, but he wasn’t able to come through in the clutch.

Mookie Betts blasted a home run to the top of the Green Monster where the fan, Patrick, was sitting with a trio of friends. He tried to reel in the ball, but it slipped right through his hands in the most heartbreaking way possible.

As he was being comforted by his two lady friends, Patrick’s male buddy seemed to enjoy the pain his friend was experiencing.

Of course, Patrick didn’t really suffer all that much seeing as how the girls in the video were pretty quick to try and cheer him up. So, who really hit a home run here?
