Ezekiel Elliott buys parents a house with first NFL paycheck

Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott did what ever kid dreams of growing up. After receiving his first NFL paycheck, Elliott gave back to his family by buying a new home for his parents and two younger sisters in the St. Louis area near where he grew up.

The No. 4 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft shared the story with the Dallas Morning News.

“It just feels really good to reward my mom,” Elliott told the Dallas Morning News. “The hard work she put in raising me and all she sacrificed, finally being able to do something for her for the first time feels really good.”

Earlier this month, Elliott signed a four-year, $24.9 million contract which included a $16 million signing bonus.

It’s great to see that he is using the money in a good way.
