Meeting a favorite athlete is a thing that many children dream of. But to have to have one attend your birthday party? Even better.
Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was recently invited to six-year-old Obadiah Gamble’s birthday party. The family created a Twitter page for their invitation, and also posted a creative music video titled “Hey Teddy” in attempt to get the quarterback to come to the celebration.
Unfortunately, Bridgewater was unable to attend the actual party. But, he did make up for it by paying a visit to Gamble’s house.

Apparently, after the family had posted the videos and made the Twitter account, Bridgewater took notice of their efforts. The Vikings team notified the family that Bridgewater had agreed to make a visit.
Bridgewater stayed for 2 hours, and even brought Obadiah and birthday cake.
