NCAA baseball tournament bracket 2016: Full field announced

The field for the 2016 NCAA baseball tournament was announced on Monday and it seemed to be loaded with 64 of the nation’s most-talented teams.

The 16 regional hosts had been revealed earlier this week with seven teams from the SEC making up the list, a tournament record.

Texas A&M and Mississippi State both seemed very excited for being national seeds and they showed that on Twitter. The Aggies landed their highest seed in school history with a fourth seed and the Bulldogs were a seed for the first time in team history.

The Florida Gators were listed as the top overall seed in the tournament this year. They are making their ninth straight appearance in the tournament. Here are the regional brackets for the first round of the tournament and all are in order of the 1-16 seeds.

Here is the full bracket for the entire tournament.

The Regional round of the tournament begins on June 3 and runs through June 6. This should be a very exciting tournament for all to have in the next few weeks.
