Promising 2019 DE Jaquaze Sorrells commits to Florida

The Florida football program has received a very early commitment in the Class of 2019. Last Friday night, defensive end Jaquaze Sorrells announced he received his first college scholarship offer.

The offer was from the University of Florida and that was enough to convince the Largo, Florida native to commit to The Swamp.

Sorrells announced his commitment on social media.

Sorrells is entering only his sophomore year of high school, so he still has plenty of time to fine tune his skill set and continue to develop his body.

Currently, because he is such a young player, Sorrells is not ranked by any of the recruiting services. However, if he was able to catch the eyes of Florida coaches during his freshman year of football, it’s safe to say he could develop into a very talented, highly-sought after recruit.
