It’s not that embarrassing when your bosses forget your birthday, but it is pretty bad when they do so and then wish you one three months later. That is exactly what happened to Detroit Lions linebacker Kyle Van Noy.
Sunday morning, the Lions’ PR team took to Twitter and wished the now 25-year-old linebacker a happy birthday, which was a pretty nice gesture. However, he had to tell his team that he actually turned 25 on March 26, not June 19.
The worst thing about this is that his birthday falls on the same day as teammate Deandre Levy’s.

I appreciate the S/o but my birthday is March 26…. Same day as levy unfortunately that's why it's forgotten haha! https://t.co/ulAOs3V5zb

He then questioned if he should feel dumb because of their error, especially since he writes his birthday down on paper work constantly.
Should I feel dumb that the @Lions couldn't get my birthday right??Especially when I write it down over and over on paper work? Hahaha

The Lions made up for their mistake by referencing one of the most classic Disney movies of all time “Alice in Wonderland.”
Sorry Kyle! Happy unbirthday! pic.twitter.com/GSFAARdNDr
