Team USA finalizes 12-man Rio Olympics roster

The USA men’s national basketball team is already the favorite to take home gold at the 2016 Olympics later this summer. On Saturday, they announced the final 12-man roster for the event, featuring some pretty big NBA stars.

The roster was revealed Saturday afternoon with Cleveland Cavaliers’ guard Kyrie Irving and Golden State Warriors’ forward Harrison Barnes accepting the two final spots on the roster. Despite LeBron James not playing on the team for the first time in his career, it is still a pretty impressive list of players for this year’s team.

Here is the final roster for the team:

Kevin Durant
DeMarcus Cousins
Draymond Green
Klay Thompson
Paul George
Kyle Lowry
DeMar DeRozan
Carmelo Anthony
Jimmy Butler
DeAndre Jordan
Kyrie Irving
Harrison Barnes

Team USA is looking to win their third straight gold medal when they take to the court in August.
