Top-rated 2017 center Cesar Ruiz drops loaded top eight

Cesar Ruiz is one of the best players in the class of 2017 and he should be one of the most sought-after offensive linemen ahead of next season. On Sunday, we revealed that he is down to just eight schools on his list with a pretty interesting video.

Making the cut are SEC schools Alabama, Auburn, Florida, and LSU, as well as Florida State, Michigan, North Carolina and Oklahoma. It should be interesting to see where Ruiz could go over the next year.

Cesar Ruiz comes out of IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida and is a four-star recruit who grew up in Camden, New Jersey. He is also the country’s top center and the 27th-rated player in the state of Florida.

Currently, Michigan is the 92 percent favorite to land the services of Ruiz for the 2017 season. Whoever gets him will be getting a beast of a player to anchor their offensive line.
