2018 four-star recruit Jermaine Eskridge announces top 10

One of the top athletes in the Class of 2018 has narrowed down his list of potential suitors. On Friday, four-star athlete Jermaine Eskridge took to Twitter to announce his top ten schools.

The Jefferson (Tampa, Fla.) standout’s top ten schools are Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oregon and USC.

“First and foremost I would like to thank the man above for putting me in this great position I’m in,” Eskridge wrote on Twitter.

“I would like to thank my mom, grandma, brothers and coaches for being with me through this process every step of the way. Also I am very thankful and blessed for all the coaches who game me a scholarship offer. But after talking it over with family these are the schools I would be looking at for the next two years. Thanks for the support!”

Eskridge is the the No. 11-ranked athlete in his class, according to 247 Sports.

Previously, Eskridge was committed to the Kentucky Wildcats, but he de-committed last fall.

Now that his recruitment has re-opened, the belief is Kentucky and the Florida Gators are the favorites to land his services.
