It should come as no surprise that a brash and loudmouthed basketball coach like Bob Knight is a big supporter of a brash and loudmouthed politician like Donald Trump.
The former Indiana Hoosiers coach already showed his support for Trump by calling him “the most prepared man in history to step in as the President of the United States” and now he will speak for him at the Republican National Convention later this month in Cleveland.

Knight introduced Trump ahead of a rally in Indiana earlier this year and the Republican nominee went on to win the primary in the state. Now he will Knight can convince the entire country to vote for Trump so he can “make America great again.”
In the state of Indiana, Bob Knight is one of the most-loved names as he won 662 games with the Hoosiers and led them to three national championships during his 29-year run with the team.
However, he isn’t the most-liked person across the country and his support for Trump will only make half the country despise him even more and the other half put them at the top of their list of greatest sports figures in history.
