On Monday, as SEC Media Days officially kicked off, Spurrier announced he will be releasing his autobiography titled Head Ball Coach in August. The book was co-written by Buddy Martin of Gridiron Now.

The book will detail Spurrier’s “unique style, the difference between winners and losers, his relationship with the media, why he follows the wisdom of ancient philosophers and warriors, his affinity everything taught by John Wooden, and the reasons behind his relaxed regimen for living well,” according to Penguin Random House.
If you’re a fan of college football, this is going to be a must have.
