Video: Mark Richt continues high dive tradition at Miami

Over his last few years at Georgia, Mark Richt had a pretty awesome tradition where he would take an impressive leap off the high diving board. His new position at his alma mater, Miami, won’t keep him keeping the tradition as he showed off his diving skills on Friday.

The Hurricanes were enjoying a pool day on Friday when Richt, a 56-year-old veteran head coach, took the plunge from the top of the highest point at the pool. It was rather impressive and drew a ton of love from all the fans gathered around the pool.

Richt has taken this tradition from Georgia and brought it to Coral Gables. It looks like he is going to bring the tradition of winning from Athens as well.

Mark Richt is a 15-year veteran head coach with a 145-51 overall record. I am sure the Hurricanes are very excited for what he can do with the team in the very near future.
