Four-star PG Eli Brooks commits to Michigan

The Michigan Wolverines’ basketball team is looking to be one of the best teams in the country over the next few years. They certainly got a little bit better on Tuesday when 2017 four-star point guard Eli Brooks committed to the team.

Brooks’ AAU team, the Jersey Shore Warriors, tweeted on Tuesday that he had committed to the team for next season. He joins fellow four-star shooting guard Jordan Poole in the recruiting class.

Eli Brooks is one of the best players in the state Pennsylvania, coming in at No. 6. He is also the No. 17 point guard in the country this year.

With just two players in their recruiting class, you wouldn’t expect the Wolverines to have much respect in rankings. However, they are now tenth nationally and third in the Big Ten.
