Washington Redskins linebacker Junior Galette has had a pretty rough year and it looks like 2016 isn’t going to be much better for him. It was reported that he tore is Achilles tendon for the second straight year and will miss the entire 2016 season.
Galette, who signed with the Redskins in July of last year after spending five seasons with the New Orleans Saints, missed the entire 2015 season with a torn Achilles. Nearly 11 months to the day, he suffered a second torn Achilles and will be out this year as well, NFL Network Insider Rand Getlin.
I'm told #Redskins OLB Junior Galette has torn his Achilles and is out for the season.

In five seasons with the Saints, Junior Galette was a pretty big piece of their defense as he recorded 31.5 sacks and five forced fumbles. He recorded 22 sacks over his final two years in New Orleans in 2013 and 2014 and was looking to do much of the same for the Redskins.
