2017 4-star OT Billy Ross commits to North Carolina

The North Carolina Tar Heels should have a pretty talented offensive line going into the 2016 season and beyond.

The 2017 recruiting class got a little bit stronger on Sunday when four-star offensive tackle Billy Ross committed to the Tar Heels. He released a statement announcing his decision, which came over teams like Florida State, Tennessee and Marshall.

North Carolina will lose Caleb Peterson and John Heck to graduation following this upcoming season so Ross should end up being a huge piece of their squad next fall. He is one of the best offensive linemen in the country for the 2017 recruiting class.

Billy Ross is the No. 22 prospect in the country and is the top prospect at any position in the state of West Virginia.
