Photo: Ohio State unveils new cleats for upcoming football season

The Ohio State Buckeyes football team is ready for 2016, after falling just short of reaching the College Football Playoff this past season.

The 2016 campaign kicks off on Sept. 3 against Bowling Green at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, and the Buckeyes equipment department is already excited for the team to take the field.

On Tuesday, Ohio State recruiting operations staffer Eron Hodges took to Twitter to share photos of the new cleats the program will wear.

There are cleats of all shapes and sizes so players can choose whatever their heart desires.

They players should definitely enjoy these.

Sure, they aren’t Jordan cleats like the rival Michigan Wolverines, but the Buckeyes are holding their own in the latest equipment battle.
