Three members of the North Carolina State football team had their college experiences changed in a drastic way just weeks before the start of the regular season.
On Sunday, Wolfpack head coach Dave Doeren called his team together for a special meeting. During that meeting, he was having some fun with his players showing their celebrity lookalikes. Then, he called three players — Redshirt senior tight end Clark Eyers, redshirt junior linebacker Ford Howell and senior quarterback Josh Taylor — and asked what they all have in common.
Doeren’s answer was “scholarships,” as the entire team mobbed the trio that are walk-ons no more.
