The 2016 college football season started off with a bang on Saturday as there were a number of big-time match-ups and even a pair of top five upsets for the first time since 1972. Now, there is a chance for another top ten upset as the Notre Dame Fighting Irish travel down to Austin to take on the Texas Longhorns.
This should be a fun match-up of two traditional powers as they play in a rare Sunday Prime Time college football game. The Longhorns look to avenge an embarrassing 38-3 season opening loss in South Bend last year, while the Irish are looking to pull off the win and begin to show they can make a run at the College Football Playoff.
