Lamar Jackson is one of the best players in the nation.
Sure, he has only faced the Charlotte 49ers and Syracuse Orange in the first two weeks of the season, but what the Louisville Cardinals quarterback has been able to do in those games has been nothing short of remarkable.
Let’s put it into perspective:
#Louisville QB Lamar Jackson now has 13 total TDs in less than 1 full game of action. Mizzou, as a team, had only 16 TDs in ALL of 2015.

Jackson finished the first quarter with four touchdowns and over 300 total yards.
However, he saved his best touchdown of the young season for the second quarter. Jackson capped off a 10 play, 84-yard drive with a nine-yard run to the corner endzone. On his way to the endzone, Jackson hurdled a helpless Syracuse defender to earn a SportsCenter Top 10 nomination.

Jackson has 278 yards passing and one touchdown through the air, while adding another 139 yards and four scores on the ground. The Cardinals are rolling, 35-14, as the first half winds down.
