Oregon LT Tyrell Crosby out for season with foot injury

The hits keep on coming for the Oregon football program.

After it was reported that wide receiver Devon Allen, who represented the United States in track and field in the 2016 Summer Olympics, suffered his second torn ACL, reports surfaced that left tackle Tyrell Crosby will also miss the remainder of the year.

According to Aaron Frentress of CSN, Crosby suffered a foot injury during the Ducks’ 35-32 loss to Nebraska in Week 3.

Crosby had also missed Week 1 of the college football season with a foot injury.

It is two tough blows to the Oregon offensive unit within 24 hours, but they must push forward in what looks to be a difficult Pac-12 this season.

The Ducks return to action this weekend when they host the Colorado Buffaloes as they open conference play.
