Smackdown Live: Live stream, TV info and preview

Last week’s episode of Smackdown Live set the precedent for the next few weeks leading up to No Mercy on Oct. 9. It should be a very entertaining night of matches as two of them should be pay-per-view caliber.

John Cena made his return after taking a few weeks off following his loss to AJ Styles at Summerslam back in August. He made it very clear that he wants the WWE World Championship, but former champion Dean Ambrose is going to fight him tooth and nail for it.

The two will meet up in the main event of tonight’s show and Styles will likely be lurking in the shadows with the belt over his shoulder. That isn’t the only reason to watch tonight, however.

The Miz and Dolph Ziggler have been going back and forth with each other for the last few weeks now and after Maryse, The Miz’s wife, cost Ziggler the Intercontinental Championship at Backlash, the Show Off wants revenge. The two will face off for the title, but Miz’s wife will not be at ringside.

Alexa Bliss proved it was all about the New Era last week when she won a five-women match to become the No. 1 contender for Becky Lynch’s Smackdown Women’s Championship. Will she come out “Blissed Off” and get the early advantage over the champion or will the Irish Lasskicker build momentum towards her first title defense?

Also, Jack Swagger made his debut on Smackdown last week after his contract expired on Monday Night Raw. He interrupted Baron Corbin and we could be heading for a meeting of the minds between the two powerhouses.

You can watch how everything plays out tonight. Here is all the information to tune into the show!
