Earlier this year, Baylor wide receiver Ishmael Zamora was suspended for three games after video of him beating a dog surfaced. It looks like another player has suffered the same fate in another despicable situation.
It was reported that Missouri State had suspended quarterback Breck Ruddick for an alleged incident of animal abuse. The team announced that he would be indefinitely suspended from all team activities, including practices and games.

A female student at Missouri State, Shelby Filbeck, first alleged Ruddick of the crime through a Facebook post. She shared some gruesome pictures of the dog after the attack.

Ruddick did not play in the team’s 35-0 loss to Kansas State over the weekend, but did start the first two games of the year. He went 34-of-52 for 424 yards, four touchdowns and one interception.
The Bears next face off against Indiana State on Saturday, Oct. 1 and will likely start Brodie Lambert for the second time this year.
