College football national championship odds 2016: Latest odds released after Week 5

Another week of action is in the books so the fine folks in Las Vegas have released the latest college football national championship odds for the 2016 season.

As you would expect, the defending national champion Alabama Crimson Tide remain the favorites to host the trophy for a second straight season. Trailing closely behind is Ohio State and Clemson, both with 7/2 odds.

The Washington Huskies received a positive bump after jumping to No. 5 in the nation,  while Louisville remained one of the favorites after the program’s first loss of the year.
