Florida season-ticket holders get discount for relocated LSU game

If you are a Florida season-ticket holder, there are some options for the Gators’ rescheduled game against LSU.

According to ESPN’s Darren Rovell, Gators ticket holders have been offered a 50 percent off discount. On top of the discount for Florida vs. LSU, season-ticket holders will be reimbursed for the two lost home games, LSU and Presbyterian, which was moved to make room for the rescheduled Florida game.

The two programs were initially scheduled to face off on Oct. 8.

Unfortunately, due to the threat of Hurricane Matthew, the matchup was postponed. Now, the two teams must wait until Nov. 19 in Baton Rouge to face off.

This past weekend, the No. 15 Gators advanced to 5-1 on the season with a blowout win over Missouri. LSU, the No. 25 team in the nation, easily took care of Southern Miss, improving to 4-2 on the year.
