Lamar Jackson continues to make his case for the Heisman Trophy this season. In today’s game against NC State, he has rushed for over 75 yards and passed for three touchdowns.

Pretty stunning resemblance to the exact pose in the trophy.
Jackson has been the clear choice for Heisman this season. There should be little controversy over who will receive the award and whatever other players are invited to the ceremony will amount to tokens. Others expected to make a run for the trophy this season were quarterbacks DeShaun Watson and Brad Kaaya and running backs Christian McCaffrey and Leonard Fournette.
For one reason or another, all of those players have failed to make the impact that Jackson has made for the Louisville team this season.
Kaaya has struggled in his first year under new coach Mark Richt. McCaffrey and Fournette have both battled injuries. Watson has played well, but doesn’t compare to Jackson this year. To be fair, nobody does.
