Video: Indiana’s Curtis Jones jumps over Tom Crean for dunk

The Indiana basketball program held its annual “Hoosier Hysteria” event on Saturday night to drum up some excitement for the upcoming season. While there were plenty of exciting moments, it was freshman guard Curtis Jones who stole the show.

Jones was participating in the dunk contest when he called head coach Tom Crean out as a prop.

After a running start, Jones took off from midway through the paint and cleared his head coach before throwing down the dunk with authority. It’s that type of athleticism that will get the Hoosiers faithful excited for what is to come.

Indiana fans will hope there is plenty more where that came from.

The Hoosiers kickoff their 2016-17 campaign with a huge matchup on Nov. 11 against the Kansas Jayhawks in the Armed Forces Classic in Hawaii.
