Video: Bobby Petrino upset with officials after first half

Louisville was down at the half to an inferior Virginia team and head coach Bobby Petrino wasn’t too happy about it. After the half was over, Petrino walked over to the officials and briefly gave them an earful before jogging off and being met with a reporter and voicing his displeasure.

Louisville trails at the half after scoring only seven points throughout he first two quarters; their lowest point output in a half this season. One can only imagine the the speech he gave his players at halftime and one would expect the supremely talented Louisville team to come out roaring in the second half.

Lamar Jackson has been kept in check by the Cavaliers so far in this game and Louisville will need more out of him to win this game.

Coming out of the break, Virginia promptly put the ball in the end zone on their first drive. A loss in this game would likely spell an end for Louisville’s chances at a College Football Playoff berth.
