ESPN will continue to bring the Armed Forces Classic to military bases around the world for the foreseeable future.
On Friday, ESPN announced the 2017 Armed Forces Classic would take place at Ramstein Air Base in Germany and will feature the West Virginia Mountaineers and Texas A&M Aggies.
“We are pleased to have the opportunity to extend our relationship with the Department of Defense,” said ESPN Events president Clint Overby. “This premier event will continue its tradition of showcasing the beginning of each college basketball season, while honoring the service of the men and women stationed at military bases across the world.”
The game will air on, of course, ESPN.
