Lamar Jackson takes issue with latest College Football Playoff rankings

On Tuesday night, the latest College Football Playoff rankings were released and plenty of eyebrows were raised.

Many believed the Louisville Cardinals would slide in to the top four after Clemson, Michigan and Washington all suffered losses last weekend, but that was not the case.

Clemson and Michigan remained in the top four despite losing to unranked teams, while Louisville is still on the outside looking in at No. 5.

Immediately after the rankings were released, Heisman front-runner Lamar Jackson took to Twitter to voice his displeasure.

And Jackson was not alone.

There were multiple players on the Louisville roster who had some very clear messages for the selection committee.

Louisville returns to action this weekend agianst the Houston Cougars on Thursday night. It’s safe to say they will have some added motivation when they step onto the field.
