Ohio State football: Buckeyes open as 7-point favorites over Michigan

Next weekend, a top five clash in the Big Ten between the Ohio State Buckeyes and Michigan Wolverines will take center stage in the college football world.

ESPN College GameDay will be on the scene for the rivalry game in Columbus, which will have serious College Football Playoff implications and could determine one half of the Big Ten Championship.

In anticipation of the big game, the initial betting lines from Las Vegas are beginning to emerge, and it’s clear Ohio State is the favorite heading into next weekend.

According to OddsShark.com, the Buckeyes open as a seven-point favorite over Jim Harbaugh’s team.

If that prediction proves to hold true, it would be great news for the Penn State Nittany Lions, who advance to the Big Ten Championship with a win over Michigan State and an Ohio State win over Michigan.

Kickoff between the Buckeyes and Wolverines is set for noon ET on ABC.

It’s going to be a wild one, folks.
