Students in professor William Clark’s class might sit up a little straighter now that they know their professor is such a tough guy. Ohio State students and faculty were the victims of an attack when Abdul Razak Ali Artan drove his Honda Civic into a crowd, then jumped out of the car to begin cutting others with a butcher knife.
Clark was struck by the car, flipped in the air and hit the pavement.
Artan was killed by officer Alan Horujko moments later.
In relatively good health, professor Clark decided to walk back to his office. That’s when a student pointed out that he was leaving a trail of blood as he walked.
“My legs were sore but I didn’t have any particular pain,” he said. “I was surprised to see the blood.”
Clark was one of eight victims that were sent to the hospital. Three remain in the hospital but all are expected to make a full physical recovery from the attack. Some of those who have been released are already talking to the media about the experience, Clark among them.
His comments regarding the attack?
"We're a great university, we still beat Michigan," says OSU Professor William Clark, a victim in Monday's knife attack.

I guess an injury really does feel better after a “W/”
