After helping the Lamar basketball team to victory, junior forward Colton Weisbrod found even more success on the court when he got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend, Allison.
Weisbrod had 13 points in the team’s win, but that was hardly his best score of the night.
Lamar beat writer Danny Shapiro captured the touching post-game moment and shared video on Twitter, which also showed Weisbrod’s teammates going wild in the background after Allison said yes.

The 6-foot-5 forward from Texas is averaging 14.3 points and 9.3 rebounds on the season.
