The Mississippi State Bulldogs hung on to defeat Miami (OH) in the St. Petersburg Bowl on Monday afternoon despite a late scare. Trailing the Bulldogs 17-16, the RedHawks lined up for a 37-yard-field for the win.
Unfortunately for Miami (OH), Bulldogs defensive lineman Nelson Adams got his hand on the ball to clinch the win for Mississippi State.
