Ronda Rousey to earn $3 million at UFC 207

Former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey returns to the Octagon on Friday night after more than a year out of action following a November 2015 loss to Holly Holm.

The highly-anticipated return takes place in the main event of UFC 207 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas against current title holder Amanda Nunes.

In her return bout, Rousey is set to score a major payday.

According to the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Rousey’s disclosed salary for the event will be a whopping $3 million. The disclosed figure does not include any sponsorships, locker room bonuses or pay-per-view points. The $3 million purse matches Conor McGregor for the highest disclosed salary in UFC history.

Rousey will not receive a win bonus if she comes away with the title.

Nunes, on the other hand, is set to earn $100,000 to show with a $100,000 win bonus if she retains the championship.

The main card of UFC 207 airs on pay-per-view beginning at 10 p.m. ET.
