At UFC 207 on Friday night, UFC women’s bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes established herself as one of the most dominant forces in the mixed martial arts.

Nunes was able to retain her title by dismantling former title holder Ronda Rousey, who was making her return to the Octagon after more than a year out of action, in less than one minute.

“Lioness” clipped Rousey with a heavy strike in the first exchange of the fight and never looked back, pouring it on until the referee was forced to step in and stop the bout.
