The Cleveland Browns coaching staff may be in for a major shakeup.
According to reports, top offensive assistant Pep Hamilton, who is currently serving as the current associate head coach, offensive coordinator and quarterback coach in Cleveland, is considering leaving his position to return to the college level.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Hamilton is considering joining Jim Harbaugh’s staff at Michigan.

If #Browns de facto OC Pep Hamilton leaves for #Michigan, it won't be a firing. Cleveland wants him to stay. He likes being a college coach

Michigan offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Jedd Fisch left Ann Arbor for UCLA earlier this week, so Hamilton would immediately fill that void on Harbaugh’s staff.
Hamilton previously served as the wide receivers coach at Stanford in Harbaugh’s final season as the Cardinal head coach.
