Joanna Jedrzejczyk Next Fight: Champ To Defend Belt At UFC 211

Joanna Jedrzejczyk’s next fight has been set.
On Thursday afternoon, the UFC strawweight champion joined Fox ProCast to announce her next title defense.
As many expected, that defense will come against No. 3 contender Jessica Andrade, who is currently riding a three-fight winning streak since dropping to 115-pounds last June.
The bout will take place in the co-main event of UFC 211 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas on May 13.
Jedrzejczyk vs. Andrade gives the event its second championship fight.
The previously announced main event features a heavyweight championship bout between current title holder Stipe Miocic and former champ Junior dos Santos.
Other bouts announced for UFC 211 include Ben Rothwell vs. Fabricio Werdum and Jarjis Danho vs. Dmitry Poberezhets.
Additional bouts should be announced in the coming weeks.
