North Carolina has been crowned the National Champion of the college basketball world.
After a season of tribulation and a March towards madness, they stand alone at the summit. As with any championship, fans flooded the street.
It started with a lone fan standing in the middle of an intersection, then swelled to a throng of epic proportions.

Kind of looks like a horde of germs taking over an organism. I wonder how many people had their wallets stolen in the fracas.
The people just keep pouring into the crowd in celebration of the Tar Heels sixth National Championship. The game has drawn harsh criticism over the intrusive refereeing that dictated a slow, blocky pace throughout both halves.
Neither team was able to establish much of a rhythm and the overall gameplay lacked as a result.
These fans certainly don’t seem to care about how pretty the victory was (or wasn’t), the result amounts to the same and their Tar Heels are champions. Go ahead, fans, Â make the roads impassable with your celebration. You deserve it.
