Dustin Johnson Withdraws From 2017 Masters Tournament

We won’t be seeing any more of Dustin Johnson at the 2017 Masters Tournament.
After falling down the stairs at his rental home in Augusta on Wednesday, Johnson was forced to withdraw during Thursday’s opening round due to a back injury.
Johnson, who is the No. 1 ranked golfer and the world and was widely regarded as a favorite to bring home the green jacket, officially withdrew from the tournament on the very first hole without ever taking a shot.
ESPN captured the moment Johnson walked off of the course, via Business Insider:

It’s a disappointing end to what could have been a great weekend for Johnson at Augusta National.
