Florida Football: TJ McCoy Hospitalized After Being Struck By Drunk Driver

Florida football standout TJ McCoy has been hospitalized after being struck by an alleged drunk driver early Friday morning.
The Gators starting center was riding a scooter with his girlfriend around 3 a.m. when they were struck by a 22-year-old woman who was later arrested for fleeing the scene.
McCoy has non-life threatening injuries.
A police report from the Gainesville Police Department was obtained by CBS Sports detailing the incident.
McCoy’s father also commented on the accident in a Facebook post, saying, “It truly is a Good Friday! God is SO Good! I don’t even know how to start this testimony.
“Seems like, within minutes after we received the call, his Offensive Line coach (Brad Davis) was in the hospital with him keeping us updated.”
