Shortly after meeting with each other, both the Houston Texans and Deshaun Watson left the room feeling great.
Apparently the Texans are convinced that Watson is their long-term answer at the quarterback position. With the 12th pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, the Texans made the Watson the newest member of the football club.

Watson certainly put up impressive numbers while he was in Clemson. Notably, he torched a talented Alabama defense that which is littered with NFL caliber talent. He was Heisman runner up twice, and a National Championship winner in his final season in college.
Another wrinkle to this trade and subsequent selection, the Browns are yet to select a quarterback. No definitive word on what their plan is yet. With a number of developmental quarterbacks still available in later rounds, and with the Browns having so many holes to fill, they might be looking to draft Davis Webb in the second round and address other positions and pad their depth.
I hear Johnny Manziel is available.
