The 2017 NHL Draft Lottery is in the books.
On Saturday evening, teams from around the NHL gathered together to determine the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NHL Draft.
When it was all said and done, the New Jersey Devils earned the top pick.

New Jersey entered the day with the fifth-best chance to win the No. 1 selection, but they overcame the odds. Picking second in 2017 will be the Philadelphia Flyers, while the Dallas Stars pick third. The Colorado Avalanche will pick fourth and the Vancouver Canucks round out the top five.
