NBC Aired Live Peter Laviolette F-Bomb During Stanley Cup Final

Someone at NBC is in a lot of trouble after airing an F-bomb during the live broadcast of Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final.
Cameras in the locker room captured Nashville Predators coach Peter Laviolette delivering his pre-game speech when he said, “Game 1 is up for grabs. It’s up to us to f–king take it.”
Despite being pre-taped, the F-bomb made its way onto the air and viewers immediately took notice.

Shortly after airing the slip-up, NBC play-by-play broadcaster Mike Emrick apologized for the language. He also apologized for not noticing earlier.
The Pittsburgh Penguins went on to win the game, 5-3, so you can be certain there were plenty of other F-bombs from Laviolette throughout the night. They just didn’t make it past the NBC censors.
