If you have ever wanted to see a MMA reporter get into the cage with a UFC fighter, Jose Aldo gave you exactly what you wanted to see.
A Brazilian reporter from Globo TV showed up to Nova União where the UFC featherweight champion trains and he appeared to have no idea what he was really getting himself into.
Because instead of some light sparring, the fighters rallied together to show the reporter just how tough mixed martial arts is.
During the session, Aldo event went as far as to nearly choke the reporter out and knock him to the ground with hard punches to the head multiple times. It wasn’t exactly the best day in the office for Globo TV’s Tiago.
You can watch the destruction play out below:

That’s going to leave a mark and I’d love to know what this guy was thinking when he thought getting into the cage with a UFC champion was a good idea.
Aldo, meanwhile, returns to action this Saturday on pay-per-view in the UFC 212 main event against Max Holloway. The winner will walk away from the Octagon as the promotion’s unified champion.
